Q. Does Axsy Support use of the Person Account object?
A. No, this is not recommended. Although the Axsy mobile app will sync, allow you to create and view Person Account records. Salesforce does not provide a Buttons, Links and Actions capability for the Person Account object.
As Flow Actions cannot be created on the Person Account object, it is not possible to launch Flows to have access to the rich set of features provided by Axsy. For this reason Axsy does not recommend use of the Person Account object
This limitation does not apply to the Account object which does support Flow Actions.
