Axsy Release Compatibility and Your Production Deployment Strategy
See Figure 1 below illustrating the compatibility between Axsy Winter '23 and Axsy Summer '23 mobile apps and managed packages.

To ensure compatibility at all times for your users, a recommended deployment strategy for your production rollout is shown in Figure 2 below. Note the timings are approximate and you may want to proceed faster or slower than the dates shown.
Administrators can monitor the Axsy Events console to check the version number of the mobile app that users login with to determine if reminders need to be sent to specific users to update their mobile apps. Customers with their own MDM's may be able to perform this task via the MDM.
