Smart Forms have a Share Summary capability available prior to Smart Form submission. Share Summary can be disabled with a Smart Form config setting as shown below in Figure 2.

The configuration options are:
"disableShareSummary":true or false
In the absence of a "disableShareSummary" a false configuration is implied (the Share Summary will be shown).
