Images captured through Axsy Smart Forms using the device's native camera will contain geolocation information about the image. This is usually stored as the longitude and latitude coordinates of the image. This geolocation information is stored as part of the image's embedded metadata set. The image metadata is commonly referred to as Exchangeable Image File (EXIF) data.

NOTE: In order to capture the geolocation information for each image, the users device will need to have Location Services enabled.

EXIF metadata for an image can be retrieved through a range of publicly available online tools (EXIF viewers).
