In addition to attaching images and signature files to a Smart Form, we also support additional file types (e.g. videos, PDFs, etc.) based on the file types that are accessible on your device. 

NOTE: To support additional file types within Axsy Smart Forms, you must install Axsy Smart Forms Managed Package v1.53 or above in your Org.

Adding the File Upload Element in the Designer 

Add the File Upload Element to a Smart Form using the Smart Form Designer. Edit the newly added Element and, under the File upload tab, select "Document" from the File Variant picklist.

Adding a File in the Mobile App

When the user comes across a File Upload element with the Document variant, they will be prompted to select an existing file on their device to be attached to the Smart Form.
