Axsy Smart Forms supports the ability to allow users to make more than one selection for a Picklist Element. 

Configure the Multi-Select Picklist in the Designer

1. To configure a Picklist Element to allow for multiple selection of values, navigate to the Picklist Element's Edit Properties Window and then the Picklist tab.
2. Click the Multiselect? toggle to activate it.
   
   
   
3. Save your changes.

Make Multiple Selections in the Axsy Mobile App

1. When you select the Multi-Select Picklist Element in the Axsy Mobile App, a new screen will load where you can select your choices. 
   
   
   
2. Select Done when you are happy with your choices. The values that you have chosen will be displayed in the Picklist field separated by semi-colons.
