Draft Order Status

When you start an Order on the Axsy Mobile App, the Status of the Order is assigned the value of Draft so that it can then be successfully created on the Salesforce Platform. Therefore, 'Draft' needs to be an available API Name option on the Order Status Picklist under Salesforce Setup. 


To check this, navigate to Setup > Object Manger > Order > Fields & Relationships > Status and ensure that 'Draft' is an available API Name. 




NOTE: The Label/Value of the Order Status can be set to anything - including something other than 'Draft' - as long as its API Name is 'Draft'.
