Can I Use Native Map Routing While Offline?

Available in: Axsy Mobile for Salesforce, Axsy Field Service, Axsy Public Sector, Axsy Retail Execution

When your device is offline, the data displayed by the native map application is outside of Axsy's control. Therefore, it is recommended that you:

1. Retrieve all routing information while online as it may not be available while offline. 
2. Check whether the map provider for your device can cater for offline regional capabilities that meet your requirements.
