The Settings tab of the Axsy Mobile app in the Salesforce web UI provides access to the Axsy Config Tool, which is used for configuring the behaviour of the Axsy Mobile app. When viewing the Axsy Config Tool, selecting the Sync tab and then Settings ➔ General will present various settings related to the general sync behaviour of the Axsy Mobile app.
Sync Indicator Back-off Time
| Setting | Description |
| Sync indicator back-off time (milliseconds) | In the Axsy Mobile app a sync indicator banner is shown whenever content is being sync'd to and from the Axsy Mobile app and Salesforce. So that the banner is not shown for short sync events this setting allows a pause to be configured before the banner is shown. |
