While creating your Smart Forms, you can choose to have the Designer load in a new window, without the Salesforce details located above it, for a larger UI experience.
Navigate to the Designer Tab of the Smart Form
Under the Designer tab of the Smart Form, select the Open In New Tab button to the far right.
